AFTER THE GRANT
The Grant Platform is committed to supporting high-quality research and scholarly initiatives and to ensuring that the outcomes of the grants contribute meaningfully to the study and public understanding of the Avant-Garde and modernism.
We therefore ask all grantees to provide a brief account of the activities and results achieved with the support of the grant.
Final Report
All grantees are required to submit a final report following the completion of the funded activity or project. The report should provide a concise account of how the grant was used and the outcomes achieved.
The final report should normally include:
- a brief description of the activities undertaken;
- the research results or outcomes achieved;
- a list of publications, presentations, exhibitions or other outputs resulting from the grant, where applicable;
- information on how the grant contributed to the development of the project;
- details of any significant changes from the original proposal;
- relevant supporting documentation.
Financial Reporting
Where the grant supports specific research-related expenses, grantees may be required to provide a financial statement indicating how the funds were used, accompanied by relevant receipts or other supporting documentation.
Any substantial changes to the approved project or planned use of the grant should be communicated to the Grant Platform in advance.
Acknowledgement of Support
We ask all grantees to acknowledge the support of the MOMUS – Museum of Modern Art and the Khardzhiev Foundation Grant Platform in publications, presentations, exhibitions and other public outcomes resulting from the funded project.
Public Engagement & Dissemination
All MOMUS and Khardzhiev Foundation Fellows are expected to contribute to the public dissemination of their research. This may take the form of a public talk at MOMUS and/or a dedicated presentation of their research on the Grant Platform under the "Grantees" page.
Staying Connected
We are interested in following the development of the research and projects supported through the Grant Platform. Grantees are encouraged to keep us informed of significant publications, exhibitions, presentations or other developments arising from their funded work.
Selected outcomes may also be featured on the Grant Platform and on the "Grantees" page, helping to create an evolving international network of researchers and projects connected with the study of the Avant-Garde and modernism.
Grantees may also be invited to participate in future academic events and initiatives, including the biennial Khardzhiev Conference organised by the Khardzhiev Foundation.
Additional Information
The Grant Platform reserves the right to request additional information or supporting documentation concerning the implementation of a funded project. Specific reporting requirements and deadlines may vary according to the type of grant and will be communicated to successful applicants.
